Overview
The role involves assisting the team with various broad projects. As an intern, you'll work for several directors across different sectors. Tasks include populating financial models, creating PowerPoint presentations, proofreading documents, analysing market fundamentals, researching, and attending client meetings.
Skills
Over the past month, I have developed some of my existing skills, including learning the basics of real estate finance and I have also developed my existing excel skills through recreating a valuation model.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given significant responsibility, comparable to that of an analyst, which I greatly appreciated.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of guidance before and throughout completing tasks during the internship.

Both supportive and hard-working.
