Overview
On the daily I have a very varied task. Each day is different. Throughout my placement I have had the chance to work onsite, carrying out tasks of a Resident Services Manager. I have also been heavily involved in the marketing side of developments, as well as learning/experiencing the tenancy progression process and lettings.
Skills
I have learnt countless skills, which I will take with me through my whole career. This year has provided me with invaluable experience, and I have been exposed to many people external to Savills but also a huge amount of people within the business.
Responsibilities
I was given so much responsibility throughout my placement. I was exposed to clients which was invaluable, and I was given the trust to complete work to a high level and hand it in when required, without constant supervision.
Support & Guidance
I received so much support and guidance throughout my whole year. I was trained properly to carry out my tasks and I was shown a huge level of trust, which was fantastic.
Culture
The company atmosphere and culture was definitely a perfect balance. A very much hard working ethos, balanced with acknowledgement of hard work and reward is definitely present.

Definitely apply! Spend time on your applicant and make sure youb have prepared for your assessment centre.. this is crucial. The assessment centre is your time to show everyone how good you are!!
