Overview
My role involves assisting Associates and Directors with day to day works including property inspections and reporting, maintenance schedules, drafting lease and licences, Rent Reviews.
Skills
Yes, I have learnt and improved on skills including data management, communications, inter-personal, Microsoft softskills (Excel and Teams),and mapping skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was responsible for property management and maintenance sector with recent involvement in new leases and rent reviews.
Support & Guidance
My mentor was supportive enough, however time pressure made it a bit difficult at times.
Culture
The company culture was very good, but sometimes it got a bit monotonous at work.
