  • Speaking to clients over the phone, doing viewings with/for clients on commercial spaces. Negotiating deal terms. Searching for properties for clients to review.

  • I have developed my communication skills a lot by speaking over the phone to other agents and/or clients. I have also done this through meetings, whether this be in person of over Teams. I have also developed skills on Excel as it's used daily to make interest schedules or do Deval a property. I have developed skills in other databases unique to the role too.

  • Yes - towards the beginning of the placement all your work is very closely overseen/monitored, however as you develop skills and relationships with clients you get a lot more responsibility.

  • A lot - there is various points of contact within my team who I can go to when I need help/support. This ranges from grads, PA's and directors.

  • The company culture is very positive - every team member is very friendly and makes an effort. The atmosphere is very positive and social too, there are lots of team events

  • Be very confident and friendly throughout the application process - specifically during the assessment centre and interview. They are looking for someone they would enjoy working for a year just as much as someone who is qualified!
